This book should be read by every conservative. It documents how our society is being destroyed.
The whole idea behind this book is that we've been systematically lied to and manipulated over the past few decades by organizations invested in getting us to change our collective opinions on accepting what we have always known to be wrong. It's a terrifying insight into how we have actually had our thought processes molded deliberately through Orwellian doublespeak and intimidation tactics to actively change the way society views certain things. The amazing (and enraging) bit is that the author actually sites specific examples and facts that reveal yes, we were manipulated, and yes, it was deliberate. Many of these organizations don't even care, as they believe their ends justify their programs of thought control. Scary stuff, but the kind of stuff we need to know if we are to truly take our own minds back from these master manipulators.
Long needed this book helps to explain what is happening to America. Although based of religion in part you do not have to be a believer to see that this book is right on the money to help explain the decline of American values and the rise of very possibly the beginning of the end of a moral country.
Exposes the corruption in today's media and advertising and how the evil has permeated our schools and government . Unbelievable how far our advertising has fallen into a filthy pit where evil is called good and good is called evil. These are truly the 'last days'.
This book is an eye-opening; and, in my opinion, should be read by anyone who wants to know what's really going on in our morally-descending society.
The Marketing of Evil is a brilliant illumination of the processes by which we, as a society, are steadily induced to accept and ultimately to approve of a whole system of selfish and corrupt premises and practices.
